The Good Guys Agency LLC ("The Good Guys Agency," "we," "us") is a life insurance agency located at 440 NW 91st Street, El Portal, FL 33150. You can reach us at (305) 934-3395, Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use this website or communicate with us.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact time, the type of coverage you're asking about, and anything you write in the message field. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to prepare and service your insurance application.
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and contact you the way you asked us to.
- To prepare insurance quotes and applications with the carriers we work with.
- To schedule and confirm appointments, and to service your policy over time.
- To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed insurance agency.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
If you provided your mobile number to The Good Guys Agency, we may text you about your quote request, policy service, and appointments. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Phone calls
Calls with our agents may be recorded and analyzed, including by automated tools, for quality and compliance purposes. Our agents disclose this at the start of recorded calls. If you'd rather not receive calls from us, tell any agent or call the number above and we will honor your request and maintain it on our internal do-not-call list.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to serve you: with the insurance carriers we quote and place coverage through, and with service providers that help us operate (such as our customer-relationship, telephone, and messaging systems). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep records as long as needed to serve you and as required by insurance regulations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information accordingly.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop texts immediately.
- Calls: ask any agent, or call us, to be placed on our do-not-call list.
- Your data: contact us to review, correct, or ask about deleting the information we hold about you (some records must be retained by law).
